    MC series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is used in secondary and fine crushing operations.     Compared with other cone crushers of the same specification (moving cone diameter), MC series cone crusher has optimized casting design to make it more durable.
    The crushing cavity type, eccentricity, horizontal shaft speed, and different control methods can be changed to adapt to any specific production requirements. The adjustment characteristics of the eccentricity and the crushing cavity type can easily adjust the throughput of the crusher to make it coordinate with other equipment. The adjustable eccentricity can also enable the crusher to achieve proper squeezing feeding conditions and the best discharge opening, thereby ensuring larger output and better grain shape.
    MC series cone crusher adopts dual support structure for the main shaft, which enables the main shaft to withstand greater crushing forc. The moving cone has a small eccentric angle, better stability, and greater processing capacity.
    The hydraulic control system is adopted to easily adjust the discharge opening, and provide more reliable overload protection.
    Crusher automation enables MC series cone crushers to be adjusted remotely to improve product quality and ensure maximum crushing efficiency. It also reduces risks and improve the safety of plant personnel.
    Spiral bevel gear drive is adopted, increasing the bearing capacity and making the operation more stable.
    Adopt electric refrigeration cooling method and positive pressure dustproof system to make the lubrication system cleaner and environmentally friendly.
    Large bore design at the bottom makes it greater bearing capacity, stronger compression resistance, better equipment stability and durability.
    Installation, use, and maintenance are simple. Especially the non-filled backing design allows quick replacement of the liner, reducing downtime and greatly improving production efficiency.
